You are responsible for configuring filter settings appropriate for your household. FilterFlix provides tools for filtering, but the decisions about what to filter rest with you. We do not guarantee that all objectionable content will be identified or filtered.
If minors will be using FilterFlix or viewing filtered content, you are responsible for:
FilterFlix operates on third-party streaming platforms (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, Max, Peacock, and others). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. FilterFlix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any streaming platform.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with supported streaming platforms. However, these platforms may change their services at any time, which may affect FilterFlix functionality. We do not guarantee continuous compatibility with any third-party platform.
FilterFlix is distributed through the Google Chrome Web Store and is subject to Google's terms and policies. Any disputes regarding extension distribution should be directed to Google.
FilterFlix, including its code, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The content you view through streaming platforms belongs to the respective content owners. FilterFlix does not claim any rights to third-party content and does not distribute, copy, or store any copyrighted material.
Scene timestamp data included with or created for FilterFlix may be contributed by our team or community members. By contributing timestamp data, contributors grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute such data as part of the Service.
